411.770. A warehouseman commits the crime of "stealinggrain" if he sells grain owned by another person which has beendelivered to him for the purpose of storage without the owner'sconsent, or by means of deceit or coercion, with the intent todeprive the owner of the grain either permanently or temporarily.Stealing grain by a warehouseman is a class C felony.
