Taximeter increments.
413.139. The display of a taximeter shall be programmed to incrementin uniform whole cent money values, at one-tenth of a mile intervals fordistance, and at uniform time intervals. The uniform intervals fordistance and time apply to both the initial and subsequent intervals.
