Injunctive relief by circuit courts authorized.

416.071. 1. In addition to all other remedies provided bysections 416.011 to 416.161, the circuit courts of this state areinvested with jurisdiction to grant such preliminary or permanentinjunctive relief and to issue such temporary restraining ordersas necessary to prevent and restrain violations of section416.031.

2. In any civil action brought under sections 416.011 to416.161, in addition to granting such prohibitory injunctions andother restraints as it deems expedient to deter the defendantfrom, and secure against, his committing a future violation ofsections 416.011 to 416.161, the court may grant such mandatoryrelief as is reasonably necessary to restore or preserve faircompetition in the trade or commerce affected by the violation.
