Fraudulent filing or registration--civil damages to injured party.

417.051. Any person who shall for himself, or on behalf ofany other person, procure the filing or registration of any markin the office of the secretary of state under the provisionshereof, by knowingly making any false or fraudulentrepresentation or declaration, verbally or in writing, or by anyother fraudulent means, shall be liable to pay all damagessustained in consequence of such filing or registration, to berecovered by or on behalf of the party injured thereby in anycourt of competent jurisdiction.
