Recorder's certificate, evidence.
417.130. It shall be the duty of each recorder of deedswithin the state to keep a book in his office, in which to recordthe flour brands provided for in section 417.100, and a certifiedcopy of any such record, by the recorder, shall be evidence inall courts of the making and filing and contents thereof.
