Penalty.
417.140. Any person doing any of the acts in sections417.100 and 417.130 prohibited, or omitting to do any of the actsthereby commanded, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and for eachand every offense shall be punished by a fine of not less thantwenty nor more than two hundred dollars, one-half of which shallbe paid to the person who shall be named as prosecuting witness.
