Enforcement of lien against wages of guest.

419.070. When the lien authorized by section 419.060 isclaimed upon the wages of any such guest or boarder, the personclaiming the lien shall institute an action in an associatedivision of the circuit court of the county which action shall bein all respects governed by the provisions of section 430.160,RSMo, and the associate circuit judge shall notify the partydesignated by the plaintiff as owing such guest or boarder, thatsuit has been instituted to enforce such lien, and such noticeshall be served in the same manner and have the same force andeffect as garnishments in attachments, and the party so servedshall be required to answer, and shall receive the same fees asprovided in section 525.240, RSMo.
