Application referred to commissioner, when--proceedings.
426.360. If no person interested shall, within one weekafter the filing of such petition, file written objections tosuch discharge, accompanied by specified reasons, the court shallrefer the application to the commissioners of the court, or oneappointed for the case, to examine the merits of the application,and report to the court with all convenient speed thereon; andupon the filing of such report, the court shall make such furtherorder in the premises as it shall adjudge right, and maydischarge such assignee from all further duty or obligationsunder the assignment; and, thereupon, shall order such assigneeto deliver into the charge and custody of such court such portionof the assets and the evidences thereof as remain in his hands,where they shall be kept with all other papers, connected withsuch assignment, in such courts and its clerk's office, subjectto its future control and disposition.
