Bankruptcy of political subdivision, consent to institute action.
427.100. The consent of the state is hereby granted to, and allappropriate powers are hereby conferred upon, any municipality or politicalsubdivision organized under the laws of the state to institute anyappropriate action authorized by any act of the Congress of the UnitedStates relating to bankruptcy on the part of any municipality or politicalsubdivision.
