County commission may appoint agent to contract for county.
431.090. The county commission may, by an order entered ofrecord, appoint an agent to make any contract on behalf of suchcounty for erecting any county buildings, or for any otherpurpose authorized by law; and the contract of such agent, dulyexecuted on behalf of such county, shall bind such county ifpursuant to law and such order of the commission.
