Construction and application.
432.225. Sections 432.200 to 432.295 shall be construed and applied:
(1) To facilitate electronic transactions consistent with otherapplicable law;
(2) To be consistent with reasonable practices concerning electronictransactions and with the continued expansion of those practices; and
(3) To effectuate its general purpose to make uniform the law withrespect to the subject of sections 432.200 to 432.295 among states enactingit.
