Judgment on motion--proceedings.
433.080. No judgment shall be rendered, as is provided insection 433.070, unless the party applying therefor shall havegiven the adverse party at least ten days' notice, in writing, ofsuch motion, nor unless such motion shall be made within one yearafter the rendering of the original judgment.
