Failure to give new bond, proceedings.
433.200. If such principal shall neglect or refuse to givesuch new bond, with sureties, within sixty days after making suchorder, his office, trust, power and authority shall thenceforthbe vacated, cease and determine; and the court making such order,or having the power to take such new bond, shall forthwithcertify such vacancy to the court or officer having power toappoint a successor, and such vacancy shall be immediatelysupplied according to law.
