Action for damages or injunction, jurisdiction.
436.103. Any party to a franchise agreement may bringan action in the jurisdiction in which the franchisee islocated to recover damages sustained by reason of the breachof the franchise agreement and, where appropriate, shall beentitled to injunctive relief. Such party to the franchise,if successful, shall also be entitled to the costs of theaction including, but not limited to, reasonable attorney'sfees.
