Laws applicable only to performing rights societies.
436.163. Sections 436.150 to 436.163 shall only apply to performingrights societies. Sections 436.150 to 436.163 shall not apply to contractsbetween copyright owners or performing rights societies and broadcasterslicensed by the Federal Communications Commission, or contracts with cableoperators, programmers or other transmission services.
