Cancellation of contract, when.
436.248. 1. A student athlete may cancel an agency contract bygiving notice in writing to the athlete agent of the cancellation withinfourteen days after the contract is signed.
2. A student athlete may not waive the right to cancel an agencycontract.
3. If a student athlete cancels an agency contract within fourteendays of signing the contract, the student athlete is not required to payany consideration under the contract or to return any considerationreceived from the agent to induce the student athlete to enter into thecontract.
