Subcontractor obligations.
436.330. Subcontractors and sub-subcontractors of every tier shallcomply with the provisions of sections 436.300 to 436.336 in theirrelations with their sub-subcontractors and suppliers and shall be bound bythe same obligations to their sub-subcontractors and suppliers ascontractors are to their subcontractors.
