Remedy of executor or administrator.
441.170. The executors or administrators of any person towhom any rent shall have been due and unpaid at the time of thedeath of such person may have the same remedy, by action againstthe tenant, his executors or administrators, for the recoverythereof, that their testator or intestate might have if living.
