Lien, how enforced.
441.300. The landlord may enforce the lien given in sections441.280 and 441.290 by distress or attachment, in the mannerprovided in this chapter for the collection of rent, and subjectto the same liability, and the action for money or supplies andfor rent may be joined in the same action.
