Notice of application filed with recorder of deeds.
441.550. In any application for receivership brought pursuant tosections 441.500 to 441.643, the county, municipality, local housingcorporation or neighborhood association shall file for record, with therecorder of deeds of the county in which any such real estate is situated,a written notice of the pendency of the suit pursuant to the requirementsof section 527.260, RSMo. From the time of filing such notice the pendencyof suit shall be constructive notice to persons thereafter acquiring aninterest in the building.
