Waiver of provisions of sections 441.500 to 441.640 void.
441.610. Any provision of a lease or other agreement whereby anyprovision of sections 441.500 to 441.643 for the benefit of an occupant ofa dwelling unit or units is waived or denied shall be deemed against publicpolicy and shall be void.
