441.641. If the court appoints a receiver to abate a nuisance pursuantto sections 441.500 to 441.643, and the holder of title to the property or anyother party in interest does not take action to regain possession of theproperty within two years of the appointment of the receiver, the court may,for good cause shown, issue a judicial deed transferring title to the propertyto the receiver, or to anynot-for-profit corporation organized pursuant to law.
