Immediate removal of parties other than tenant, when.
441.760. If the plaintiff has met its burden of proof for a completeeviction but the tenant successfully pleads an affirmative defense to theeviction pursuant to section 441.750, then the court shall not terminatethe tenancy but shall order the immediate removal of any person who thecourt finds conducted the drug-related activity which was the subject ofthe eviction proceeding.
