Certain evidence admissible in certain eviction-related actions.
441.790. Relevant evidence obtained in good faith by a lawenforcement officer or agency shall be admissible in a civil action broughtpursuant to sections 441.710 to 441.880. This provision operates eventhough the cause of action may have been brought or is being prosecuted bya law enforcement agency.
