441.830. Pursuant to section 441.740, the court may issue restrainingorders or grant whatever preliminary relief is necessary to either preventthe commission of drug-related criminal activity on or in the immediatevicinity of the leased premises, or to protect the rights and interests ofthe parties or those residing in the immediate vicinity of where thepremises are located.
