Sections 442.090 to 442.120 applicable to whom.
442.095. The provisions of sections 442.090 to 442.120 inclusiveshall apply to any person otherwise eligible for a loan, guaranty, orinsurance on a loan, pursuant to the Act of Congress of the United Statesentitled the Servicemen's Readjustment Act of 1944, as amended, and theminor spouse of any eligible veteran.
