Conveyances of bounty lands, how acknowledged.
442.220. Every instrument of writing executed out of thisstate, and within the United States, which conveys or affectsmilitary bounty lands in this state, and which is acknowledged orproved according to the laws and usages of the place whereexecuted, shall be received and recorded in the county where suchlands lie.
