Copies to be read in evidence.
442.250. Copies of such instruments or of the record of thesame, duly certified by the recorder of the county in which thesame may have been recorded, shall, upon proof of the loss ordestruction of the original instrument, be read in evidence, withlike effect and on the same conditions as the originalinstrument.
