When deemed revoked.
442.370. No such letter of attorney, or other instrument,certified and recorded in the manner prescribed in the precedingsection, shall be deemed to be revoked by any act of the party bywhom it was executed, until the instrument containing suchrevocation shall be deposited for record in the same office inwhich the instrument containing the power is recorded.
