Who may be made parties.
443.220. Any person claiming an interest in the mortgagedproperty or collateral may, on motion, be made defendant to theproceedings, and may answer in avoidance or bar of the deed,security agreement, or debt or damages and issue shall be madeand tried as in other civil suits.
