Proceedings where mortgagee, secured party, mortgagor or debtor dies.
443.250. In case of the death of the mortgagee or thesecured party or his assignee, or of the mortgagor or debtor,whether before or after action brought, the personalrepresentative of the deceased party shall be made plaintiff ordefendant, as the case may require.
