Title which purchaser acquires.
443.280. A purchaser under a sale by virtue of an executionon a judgment rendered in pursuance of the provisions of sections443.010 to 443.440 shall take a title as against the parties tothe suit, but he shall not be permitted to set it up against thesubsisting equities of those who are not parties thereto.
