Court to appoint sheriff or other suitable person, when--power andduties of trustee.

443.340. If such court shall be satisfied that the factsstated in such affidavit are true, it shall make an orderappointing the sheriff, or some other suitable person of thecounty, trustee to execute such deed of trust, in the place ofthe original trustees; and thereupon such sheriff, or othersuitable person appointed by said court, shall be possessed ofall the rights, powers and authority possessed by the originaltrustee, under the deed of trust, and such sheriff or otherperson shall proceed to sell and convey the property and to payoff the debts and liabilities according to the directions of thedeed of trust, and shall do all other acts the original trusteehad power to do, and with the same force and effect.
