Penalty for violations.
443.810. Any person who violates any provision of sections 443.805 to443.812 shall be deemed guilty of a class C felony. In addition, in anycontested case proceeding, the director or board may assess a civil penaltyof up to twenty-five thousand dollars per violation for any violation ofany of the provisions of sections 443.701 to 443.893.
