Recreational use of reclaimed lands encouraged.
444.750. Owners of lands that have been reclaimed orotherwise comply with the provisions of sections 444.500 to444.755 are encouraged to make available to the people of thisstate these lands for recreational use at no charge.Recreational use to be any of the following or combinationthereof: hunting, fishing, swimming, boating, camping,picnicking, hiking, nature study, water skiing, winter sports andviewing or enjoying historical, archaeological, scenic orscientific sites.
