444.900. All final decisions or orders of the commissionshall be subject to judicial review as provided in chapter 536,RSMo. No judicial review shall be available, however, until alladministrative remedies are exhausted. The availability of suchreview shall not be construed to limit the operation of therights established in section 444.880 except as provided therein.
