Penalty for violation of certain provisions.
445.120. Any person violating the provisions of sections445.100 to 445.120 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall besubject to a fine of not less than one hundred dollars nor morethan five hundred dollars, or to imprisonment not exceeding oneyear, or both.
