446.270. Copies of certificates granted by the recorder ofland titles, under the act of Congress for the relief of thesufferers by earthquakes in the county of New Madrid, and allother books and papers, which by law are required to be depositedor kept at his office, duly certified by him, shall be receivedas evidence.
