447.527. All intangible personal property distributable in the courseof a dissolution of a business association, banking organization, orfinancial organization organized under the laws of or created in thisstate, that is unclaimed by the owner within two years after the date forfinal distribution, is presumed abandoned, notwithstanding the provisionsof section 375.1224, RSMo.
