Appeal of treasurer's decision or failure to act, when.
447.569. Any person aggrieved by a decision of thetreasurer or as to whose claim the treasurer has failed to actwithin ninety days after the filing of a claim shall be entitledto a hearing under the provisions of chapter 536, RSMo, and theproceedings instituted by him shall be deemed a contested caseunder chapter 536, RSMo.
