Notice of pendency of suit, effect.
447.628. In any civil action brought pursuant to theprovisions of sections 447.620 to 447.640, the plaintiff shallfile for record, with the recorder of deeds of the county inwhich any such real estate is situated, a written notice of thependency of the suit pursuant to the requirements of section527.260, RSMo. From the time of filing such notice the pendencyof suit shall be constructive notice to persons thereafteracquiring an interest in the building.
