Hearing, plan of rehabilitation.
447.630. The court shall hold a hearing on theorganization's petition at which time the organization shallsubmit to the court a plan for the rehabilitation of the propertyand present evidence that the organization has adequate resourcesto rehabilitate and thereafter manage the property. For thepurpose of developing such a plan, representatives of theorganization may be permitted entry into the property by thecourt at such time and on such terms as the court may deemappropriate. Any defendant shall be given an opportunity to showcause why such organization should not be allowed to rehabilitatethe property.
