Quitclaim judicial deed may be granted, conditions, effect.

447.640. If an owner does not regain possession of the property inthe one-year period following entry of an order granting temporarypossession of the property to the organization, the organization may file apetition for judicial deed and, upon due notice to the named defendants, anorder may be entered granting a quitclaim judicial deed to theorganization. A conveyance by judicial deed shall operate to extinguishall existing ownership interests in, liens on, and other interest in theproperty, except tax liens. Any party in interest of the property shallpresent any claim for compensation prior to the entering of the court orderconveying title to the organization.
