Bylaws, amendments.
448.170. The administration of every property shall begoverned by bylaws, which may either be embodied in thedeclaration or in a separate instrument, a true copy of whichshall be appended to and recorded with the declaration. Nomodification or amendment of the declaration or bylaws shall bevalid unless the same is set forth in an amendment thereof andsuch amendment is duly recorded.
