Original sale certificate, condominiums containing conversionbuildings.
448.4-106. 1. The original sale certificate of acondominium containing any conversion building shall contain, inaddition to the information required by section 448.4-102:
(1) A statement of work done, including the nature thereof,on the foundation, structural members, roof, chimney, gutters anddownspouts, exterior and interior walls, ceilings, floors,windows, attic and wall insulation (including installer'sstatement of present "R" value), sewers and stacks, plumbingsystem and related fixtures, electrical system and relatedfixtures, and furnace and heating system (including themanufacturer's energy efficiency ratio of any new heating orrefrigeration equipment); and
(2) A list of any outstanding notices of uncured violationsof building code or other municipal regulations.
2. This section applies only to buildings containing unitswhich may be occupied for residential use.
