Proceedings on such petition--appeal allowed, when and where.

452.250. The same proceedings shall be had in relation to suchpetition as the law requires in other proceedings before circuit judges,and in relation to enforcing the orders and decrees, except that no appealshall be allowed to the supreme court, or court of appeals, from any orderor decree, on the part of the person's spouse, until he or she hasindemnified the petitioner for all delays and costs, in such manner as thecourt shall direct.
