452.411. Change of residence deemed grounds for modification of custody, when.

Change of residence deemed grounds for modification of custody, when.

452.411. If either parent of a child changes his residence to anotherstate, such change of residence of the parent shall be deemed a change ofcircumstances under section 452.410, allowing the court to modify a priorvisitation or custody decree.
