Surcharge collected, when, use.
452.552. In addition to any other court costs required to institutean action in the circuit division of the circuit court, a surcharge ofthree dollars shall be paid by the person filing such action. Thesurcharge shall be collected and disbursed in a manner provided by sections488.012 to 488.020, RSMo, by the court clerk at the time the petition isfiled and shall be payable to the director of revenue for deposit in thedomestic relations resolution fund established in section 452.554.
