454.860. A tribunal of this state exercising personal jurisdictionover a nonresident under section 454.857 may apply section 454.917 toreceive evidence from another state, and section 454.922 to obtaindiscovery through a tribunal of another state. In all other respects,sections 454.880 to 454.983 do not apply and the tribunal shall apply theprocedural and substantive law of this state, including the rules on choiceof law other than those established by sections 454.850 to 454.997.
