Applicable law, choice of law.
454.885. Except as otherwise provided by sections 454.850 to 454.997,a responding tribunal of this state:
(1) shall apply the procedural and substantive law, including therules on choice of law, generally applicable to similar proceedingsoriginating in this state and may exercise all powers and provide allremedies available in those proceedings; and
(2) shall determine the duty of support and the amount payable inaccordance with the law and support guidelines of this state.
